MiCORE’s Oracle database administration services will include 24x7x365 monitoring for international sites utilizing Oracle GoldenGate replication. Services will include reporting with high-level advisory concepts aimed at planning for future growth. Support will provide advanced troubleshooting techniques to maintain the health of the database replication processes.
This is the company’s second engagement with MiCORE, and follows an implementation contract for the development of the architecture, build out and implementation of Oracle GoldenGate technology, ensuring data replication between global locations.
Consulting services included the planning and discovery phase, GoldenGate implementation, as well as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and operational monitoring setup.
